Restrictions: Must own less than 1,000 acres
(waivers considered for up to 5,000 acres); must sign Forest
Steward's Creed; must maintain practices for a minimum of ten years;
must have an approved Forest Stewardship Plan for the property
available free of charge from the Arkansas Forestry Commission
What can the funds be used for: tree planting,
forest and agroforest improvements, soil and water protection,
riparian and wetland improvement; fisheries habitat enhancement,
wildlife habitat enhancement, forest recreation enhancement
